Artur Hajzer, Adam Bielecki and Tomasz Wolfart at 2 p.m. Nepalese time (+5GMT) summited Makalu (8,462 m) – confirmed Nimgma Sherpa – the boss of Nepalese agency Seven Summit that organized the Polish expedition. Currently, the climbers are descending to camp 4.
The unification expedition of Polish Mountaineering Association to the fifth mountain of the world takes place within the Polish Winter Himalayan Mountaineering 2010-2015 program. It is supported by: Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Jerzy Kukuczka Polish Mountaineering Support Foundation and HiMountain.
